He Argentine Optimist Championship (CAO) and the National Beginners Meeting (ENP) are
organized by the Mar del Plata Nautical Club (CNMP), in conjunction with the Optimist Association
Argentina (AOA) and under the auspices of the Argentine Yachting Federation (FAY).
